I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live;
yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life
which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith
of the Son of God, who love me, and gave
himself for me.
After the fall of man, humankind was destined for eternal damnation. Man’s disobedience led to our separation from God ~ fallen of man state could not withstand the presence of the Almighty God.
Sin gained power over man and humankind became victims of their own fleshly desires. But thank God for Christ Jesus, who took a place for man and redeemed our lost souls.
The Right Way:
To be crucified with Christ, simply means that we have to genuinely surrendered to God, by faith, and turned away from our own selfish desires (sinful Nature) and motives. Because of what Christ did, we can confidently stand and proclaim that we are in Christ and He is in us.
Though we live in our earthly bodies, our spirit has been regenerated. Humankind have been redeemed and made his way right with God through the power of Christ crucifixion.
We have a glorious future ahead of us, and it is by faith we believe this and continue to live out the will of God for our lives.
Now, we live a life of faith, whereby, we totally trust in our Savior, Christ Jesus, the Son of the Almighty God, our Father, who never stopped loving us and never will.
Dear God, our heavenly Father,
I just want to thank you for you
endless love for me. You have
been there for me far before I
knew of you or even thought of
coming to you. I will forever thank
you for that precious act of love,
where you gave up your Son so
that I could be part of you again.
Jesus, my Savior, thank you for
what you did for everyone else
on this earth. It is because of your
love, I can confidently say that
you live in me. I will continue to
confess this until my time to
return home, to you, finally comes.
Thank you for this beautiful life I
now have in you, O Lord.
In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
